"Honestly within the year the price went up extremely twice. And they never gave reasoning. They continue to say they will call customer service and no one calls me back. First company I know that goes up w/ no reasoning. Do not recommend."

"State Farm allowed me to receive a quote. They gave me a quote of $104 and i let them know the coverage would need to be 30 days out to finish off the current coverage. They blew my phone up for a week straight begging for my service. I call today to finalize my quote but apparently did not know until today that they would not be able to finalize because i have a 2015 Kia optima. Why would you sit up here and confirm with me you would provide me coverage and then reject the coverage because i have a 2015 Kia optima and do to it being “a high theft car” you revoke the coverage i had planned for 30 days! I have had the Kia dealership install an anti theft system in it over 2 years ago. The car is paid off and i work from home. THATS BAD BUSINESS and you all blew my phone up just yesterday asking me to pay for this quote and now that i have the money you say “ oh my goodness something new just happened. We’ve decided to not cover your car because of the make and brand”. That’s trash and you had me sitting here waiting when i could have had someone better. I never thought in a million years that my car would be rejected for insurance do to a stupid tik tok trend. This is insane. I truly hope you all suffer a loss of business on your bias."
