I also had questions about why my monthly premium increased when I haven’t had any tickets or accidents. I’m big on understanding policies and why things happen, and he took the time to explain how late payments can affect your insurance rate.

What I appreciated most was that he actually listened to my concerns and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. I had spoken with other staff members before and didn’t walk away with the same level of clarity.
